Sparks – traded in his steady job at General Motors for something far juicier: his own soul food restaurant in sunny Inglewood, California. His vision? To serve up love at first bite and create a space where everyone feels like family. And just like that, The Serving Spoon was born – a place where comfort food meets community spirit.
